Subscription Policy
When signing up to be a recurring customer, you are agreeing to receive either a weekly or fortnightly delivery depending on what frequency you have selected.
When signing up to be a recurring customer, you acknowledge and agree to our closure policy during public holidays. Please remember that Bondi Meal Prep does not deliver orders on public holidays and will resume normal deliveries the following day.
Whilst you are not locked into a permanent subscription with Bondi Meal Prep, please note that deleting your subscription will only cease orders moving forward. It will not cancel any orders that have already been processed.
You will be charged every Wednesday at 2.30 pm for your order and you have up until this time each week to amend/cancel your order via your account. Any changes you'd like to make after this time will need to be done manually by our team.
Our subscription system doesn’t support two alternating fortnightly orders under a single subscription, as it will process both payments on the same date. However, you can set up two weekly subscriptions and alternate the meals each week.
Please ensure you have funds on your nominated credit card at the time of your direct debit as you maybe miss important automated information regarding your order.
All subscription accounts will be locked to the initial details you enter when you place your first subscription order, such as your time frame and mobile number. To update/change these details, please send an email to hello@bondimealprep.com.au and we'll amend everything for you.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed and that is scheduled for delivery, please email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team will help you further. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply.
