Once you have selected to set up a recurring order, you will receive your first order on your designated delivery day and each week after that you will receive the same order without having to manually reorder your meals.
All you need to do is to login into your account and click on the 'Manage Subscription' tab.
You will need to modify your order before Wednesday 2.30 pm each week as all recurring charges take place on Wednesday 2.30 pm.
Please note, changing your order after it has already been processed will only change your next order and not the current one.
If you wish to change your order after it has already been processed please email hello@bondimealprep.com.au before Thursday 11.59 pm and we will amend your order for you.
All you need to do is to login into your account and click on the 'Manage Subscription' tab and then click on the 'Skip Shipment' button. Please note you need to skip the shipment of all items in your order, not just one single item. If you do not do this, you will be charged as normal for the items you have not skipped.

All automatic payments are debited on Wednesdays.
Payment will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card every 7 days or 14 days (depending on the frequency you have selected).
Unfortunately, no. You can not use a promotional discount code with your recurring subscription.
You can skip your recurring charge for the week or fortnight and use your promotional discount code by selecting the 'One Time Purchase' option at the checkout during that sale/promotion period so you don't miss out.
Unfortunately two discount codes can not be used at one time and promotional codes can not be used with recurring subscriptions.
We will provide you with the new special each week unless you request something different.
If your payment fails your order will not be processed and we will send you an email notification. We will then reattempt to take payment from your nominated credit card the following day.
If you payment fails after 5 attempts, your account will automatically close.
If you would like to cancel your recurring order that has already been processed you need to email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team will help you further.
Canceling/deleting your recurring order via your online account only cancels your next scheduled order and does not cancel the order that has already been processed.
All you need to do is login to your account, click on the 'Manage Subscription' tab and then click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button located on the left hand side of the page.
Please note you need to cancel all items in your order, not just one single item. If you do not do this, you will be charged as normal for the items you have not cancelled.
