It's the final step in the cart. Once you've added all of your meals, go to the cart, enter your postcode, and then select Weekly or Fortnightly to save 10%.
How does the subscription work?

Once you have set up your subscription, you will receive your first order on your designated delivery day and each week after that you will receive the same order without having to manually reorder your meals.
How do I modify my recurring order?

All you need to do is to login into your account and click on the 'Manage Subscription' tab.
You will need to modify your order before Wednesday 2.30 pm each week as all recurring charges take place on Wednesday 2.30 pm.
Please note, changing your order after it has already been processed will only change your next order and not the current one.
If you wish to change your order after it has already been processed please email hello@bondimealprep.com.au before Thursday 11.59 pm and we will amend your order for you.

Simply login to your account and click on the 'View upcoming orders' tab and click skip.

Here at Bondi Meal Prep we are closed on all Australian public holidays and we will resume deliveries as normal the following day. E.g. If Monday is a public holiday your order will arrive the following day on Tuesday.

All automatic payments are debited on Wednesdays.
Payment will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card every 7 days or 14 days (depending on the frequency you have selected).
Can I use a promotional discount code with my recurring subscription?
Can I use a promotional discount code with my recurring subscription?
Unfortunately, promotional discount codes cannot be applied to recurring subscriptions. However, you can skip your recurring charge for the week or fortnight, place a new order online, and use your discount code.
Simply select the ‘One Time Purchase’ option at checkout during the promotion period to take advantage of the offer.

All subscription accounts will be locked to the initial details you entered when you placed your first subscription order, such as your time frame and mobile number.
To update these details, please send an email to hello@bondimealprep.com.au and we'll amend everything for you.

If you would like to cancel your recurring order that has already been processed you need to email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team will help you further.
Canceling/deleting your recurring order via your online account only cancels your next scheduled order and does not cancel the order that has already been processed.

To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab, select ‘Manage this subscription’, and then click the ‘Remove item’ button at the bottom of the page.
Please make sure to cancel all items in your order—not just one—otherwise, you will continue to be charged for any items left active.
