Bondi Meal Prep is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Aled Barry & Kimmi Hibel. Aled & Kimmi run BMP from Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia and source their produce locally so everyone can enjoy fresh ingredients whilst supporting local businesses.
Our Journey
Bondi meal prep was created in 2015
By former Jnr Mr World, twice Jnr Mr Australia, and runner-up Jnr Mr Universe, Aled Barry, along with his wife Kimmi Hibel.
Drawing on their extensive expertise in health and nutrition, they developed a menu featuring premium cuts of grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, sustainably sourced fish, and the freshest vegetables available.
They have now vowed to make Australia healthier one meal, snack and juice at a time!
