Refund policy
We have a range of meals to choose from on our website and we advise that you carefully select your options. After placing your order, please review all items you've selected to ensure no mistakes have been made.
- We do not give refunds due to a change of mind, accidental purchases, personal opinion, accidentally creating a recurring account, stolen deliveries during the residential period, your business being closed upon delivery, unforeseen circumstances, misadventure of your delivery due to your delivery instructions, incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses, or simply due to personal preference.
- We do not process refunds for orders that have been stolen during the residential period. This is a high-risk time to get your order delivered and we do not recommend it - especially if you live in a gated or closed-off complex.
- We do not process refunds for orders that are delivered earlier or later than expected. As per our Shipping Policy, your delivery may arrive before or after our stated delivery time frame due to our courier's routes, delivery loads, external factors etc. If you place an order during this time frame please ensure you add detailed delivery notes for our courier service to follow.
- In case by case situations, refunds of orders that have not yet begun the production process may be considered but a cancellation fee will apply.
- We do not process refunds for orders that do not have any delivery instructions.
- We do not process refunds for items that have been damaged during transit.
- Our subscription system doesn’t support two alternating fortnightly orders under a single subscription, as it will process both payments on the same date. We will not process a refund if you set up two fortnightly subscriptions.
- Canceling/deleting your recurring order via your online account only cancels your next scheduled order and does not cancel the order that has already been processed. If you would like to cancel your recurring order that has already been processed you need to email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team will help you further. Please note a cancellation fee will apply.
- We do not accept refund claims beyond 12 hours after your delivery has been made.
- All refunds take between 5 - 10 working days to be returned back onto your original payment method.
