Our delivery cut-off time is as follows:-
Order before Thursday 11.59 pm for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday (depending on your delivery area).
If you order outside of our cut-off time your order will be delivered on our next available delivery day.
At BMP we deliver on Mondays & Tuesdays only (depending on your delivery area). Please refer to the below for our delivery windows:-

Once your order has arrived, our courier service will send you a text message photo. Please ensure you add your mobile number at the checkout. Landlines will not be accepted and email notifications are not sent out.
Yes, we do. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $16
Here at Bondi Meal Prep we are closed on all Australian public holidays and we will resume deliveries as normal the following day. E.g. If Monday is a public holiday your order will arrive the following day on Tuesday.
No, you don't. All deliveries come in a thermal box with ice packs. This delivery method keeps your order cool if you are not there to accept it.
Your meals will stay at a safe temperature for up to 10 hours from its delivery time in our thermal box.

At Bondi Meal Prep, we use a third-party cold chain courier service to deliver all our orders. This means your delivery can not be delivered to a PO Box and your order can not be delivered to your local Australia Post Shop or Parcel Locker.
Please keep this in mind and ensure you select the correct delivery address and delivery time frame to suit your needs.
If you select for your order to arrive during residential hours to a business address you will risk your order being delayed as all business address deliveries must be delivered during business hours.
Please ensure you select the correct delivery timeframe to suit you delivery address as Bondi Meal Prep will not held liable for delays or misadventures.
You can change your delivery address/delivery timeframe by emailing hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team can update this for you.
However, you will need to ensure you email us before Friday 3 pm (prior to the following Monday's delivery) with your new details as, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after this time.
If you live in a high-rise/gated complex, we strongly advise against having your order delivered during the residential period as your order has a higher chance of being tampered with or stolen.
Under no circumstance will a delivery driver ring a doorbell during the residential delivery period, even if you request this in your delivery notes.
We recommend selecting delivery during business hours to ensure the safety of your package.
