All our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen. You can however freeze our meals and consume them at a later date.

All our meals have a 6 - 7 day shelf life from its arrival date but you can freeze our meals and consume them at a later date. 

The expiry date of each meal can be found on the edge of the meal label.

Yes, you can. While we do recommend consuming our meals fresh, you can freeze our meals for up to 3 months in the freezer.

Here at Bondi Meal Prep we are closed on all Australian public holidays and we will resume deliveries as normal the following day. E.g. If Monday is a public holiday your order will arrive the following day on Tuesday. 

We have two delivery time frames to choose from. You can opt to have your order delivered between 00:00 am - 07:00 am or 08:00 am - 18:00 pm.

You can make this selection prior to checking out.

At Bondi Meal Prep, our beef & chicken products are halal certified. For more information on this certification, please email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and we can send you through all necessary documentation. 

Please note: While all our meat is halal certified, our meals themselves have not been certified. Our Brekky Wrap contains ham and is not halal. Some of our Weekly Specials may contain pork.

Before consuming any products from Bondi Meal Prep please note that we make a range of dishes in our kitchen and we cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as dairy, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, shellfish, fish and lupin.

While all our meals are perfectly safe for everyone of all ages and circumstances to consume, we do advise that you consult with your doctor or physician first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before purchasing our meals. 

You can reheat our meals in the microwave in its plastic container. Simply pull back the plastic film slightly and reheat for 2 minutes. Or you can empty the contents of the prepackaged meal in a fry pan and heat. 

Always remember to remove any sauce containers before heating up your meal.

Meal prepping is fantastic for weight loss! It ensures you eat portion controlled meals, helps you stick to a calorie restricted diet, and aids you in a planning process so that you don't make the wrong food choices which in turn leads to weight gain.

Our single meals range from $10.90 - $16.90 each. Your spend per week will vary depending on how many meals you require.

Our most popular meal plan is our 10 Meal Plan. This option includes lunch, dinner and a snack and is priced at $148 - which is roughly the average cost per week for meal prep.

Yes! Meal prep definitely saves you money. 

When prepping your own meals you can experience over spending/buying and wastage. When you don't have prepped meals ready you are much more likely to order takeout which results in spending 3 times more than you usually would on food. 

Meal prep saves you money but most importantly it saves you time as you don't need to shop, cook or clean!

Your meals will last for up to 12 from their delivery time in their cooler box.

All the meals on our menu can change without notice due to recipe changes and seasonality.

We will also note any changes to a dish on our order page, so please ensure you read each page carefully before placing your order.

You are more than welcome to place your orders in advance but you must ensure you email our team at hello@bondimealprep.com.au so we can confirm your chosen delivery date.

Writing your preferred delivery date at the checkout will not confirm the delivery date of your order and Bondi Meal Prep will not be held liable for incorrectly delivered orders.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any pick-ups at this point in time. 

You can make payments via credit card, PayPal, Zip Pay or Afterpay.

If you make payment via PayPal eCheque, your order will only be sent out once your payment has cleared and been processed.

No, you don't. We have NO lock in contracts or subscription obligation, so you can give us a try and opt out at any time.

All you need to do is login to your account, click on the 'Manage Subscription' tab and then click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

You can also email us at hello@bondimealprep.com.au and we can cancel your recurring subscription for you. 

If you would like to cancel your recurring order that has already been processed you need to email hello@bondimealprep.com.au and our team will help you further. 

Canceling/deleting your recurring order via your online account only cancels your future order and does not cancel the order that has already been processed.  

Unfortunately you can not cancel your order after our cut off time as we have already begun production.
