All our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen. You can however freeze our meals before its expiry date and consume them within 3 months.
How long do your meals last for in the fridge?

Our meals stay fresh for 7 days from the date of delivery when kept refrigerated at 5°C or below. For longer storage, you can freeze them and enjoy within 3 months.
The expiry date of each meal can be found on the edge of the meal label.

Yes, you can. While we do recommend consuming our meals fresh, you can freeze our meals for up to 3 months in the freezer.

Your meals will last for up to 8 hours from their delivery time in their cooler box.

Before consuming any products from Bondi Meal Prep please note that we make a range of dishes in our kitchen and we cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as dairy, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, shellfish, fish and lupin.
Are your meals halal certified?
Are your meals halal certified?
At Bondi Meal Prep we use halal-certified beef, chicken and lamb, however, our meals themselves are not halal-certified as a whole.
This means the meat sources follow halal standards, but the overall meal has not been certified by a government body.
Our only non-halal dish is our Brekky Wrap.

While all our meals are perfectly safe for everyone of all ages and circumstances to consume, we do advise that you consult with your doctor or physician first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before purchasing our meals.

Super simple! Peel back the film and microwave for 2 minutes if fresh, or 5-6 minutes if frozen. Give it a quick stir, heat for another minute if needed, and you’re ready to enjoy.
Always remember to remove any sauce containers before heating up your meal.

Meal prepping is fantastic for weight loss! It ensures you eat portion controlled meals, helps you stick to a calorie restricted diet, and aids you in a planning process so that you don't make the wrong food choices which in turn leads to weight gain.
How do I dispose of my delivery packaging?
How do I dispose of my delivery packaging?
Bondi Meal Prep meals are delivered in a recyclable cardboard box with a thermal liner & an ice pack. See below how you can recycle these items:
- The cardboard delivery box can be placed in your blue lid recycling bin.
- The ice packs are non-toxic and can be poured into the drain with tap water to dilute it.
- The clear meal tray and thermal liner can be placed in your yellow lid recycling bin.

We have two delivery time frames to choose from. You can opt to have your order delivered between 00:00 am - 07:00 am or 08:00 am - 18:00 pm.
You can make this selection prior to checking out.

Here at Bondi Meal Prep we are closed on all Australian public holidays and we will resume deliveries as normal the following day. E.g. If Monday is a public holiday your order will arrive the following day on Tuesday.

You are more than welcome to place your orders in advance but you must ensure you email our team at hello@bondimealprep.com.au so we can confirm your chosen delivery date.
Writing your preferred delivery date at the checkout will not confirm the delivery date of your order and Bondi Meal Prep will not be held liable for incorrectly delivered orders.
Can I pick up my order directly from BMP?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any pick-ups from our facility at this time but you can purchase meals from any of our stockists.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Unfortunately, no. As we use a cold chain courier service deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is unavailable.

Yes! Please leave detailed instructions at checkout. If no instructions are provided, our courier will leave your order in the safest location possible.

You don’t need to be home for your delivery. All of our orders are packed in a thermal box with ice packs, which keeps your meals cool and fresh for up to 10 hours from the time they’re delivered.

Yes! The evening before your delivery arrives, you’ll get a text message reminder with your unique tracking link and ETA.

No subscription or contracts are required! You can order as a one-off or choose to subscribe and save. Subscriptions offer flexibility—you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

All you need to do is login to your account, click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab, click on the item in your order you'd like to cancel and then click on the 'remove item' button. You will need to preform this action for each item in your order.
You can also email us at hello@bondimealprep.com.au and we can cancel your recurring subscription for you.
What forms of payment do you take?

You can make payments via credit card, PayPal, Zip Pay or Afterpay.
If you make payment via PayPal eCheque, your order will only be sent out once your payment has cleared and been processed.

Our single meals range from $9.90 - $16.90 each. Your spend per week will vary depending on how many meals you require.

Yes! Meal prep definitely saves you money.
When prepping your own meals you can experience over spending/buying and wastage. When you don't have prepped meals ready you are much more likely to order takeout which results in spending 3 times more than you usually would on food.
Meal prep saves you money but most importantly it saves you time as you don't need to shop, cook or clean!

Changes must be made before our Thursday cut-off time. After this, we’re unable to edit your order.

We prepare a wide range of meals in our kitchen and cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens like milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, and lupin.

We do our best to remove all bones from our fish fillets, but some may remain. Please take care when consuming fish meals.
