Breakfast just got a whole lot more exciting! Our Blueberry & Ricotta Protein Pancakes are next level and are bound to hit the spot. This dish is made with light ricotta cheese, juicy blueberries, and WPC vanilla protein powder. It also comes with plain natural yogurt & our own homemade stewed rhubarb.

Light Ricotta Cheese 18.4% (Whey, Skimmed Milk, Salt, Acidity Regulator (330)(Contains Milk) Free-Range Eggs 17.9% (Contains Egg), Rhubarb 17.9%, Blueberries 7%, Natural Yogurt 17.9% (Skim Milk, Live Yogurt Cultures)(Contains Milk), Plain Flour 9.5% (Contains Gluten (Wheat)), Whey Protein Concentrate 11.4% (Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Sunflower Lecithin)(Contains Milk).

Shelf life & storage:

All meals will have a 7 day shelf life from its delivery day.

Keep refrigerated at all times and store at 5°C or below. Consume meal on day of opening and freeze meal within its expiry date.

Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze once meal has been thawed.

Heating from fresh:

1. Peel back film slightly, heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.

2. Let meal stand for 1 minute.

3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

4. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each meal into a fry pan and reheat or into an oven safe dish and heat at 180 degrees until heated through.

Heating from frozen:

1. Peel back film and heat in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.

2. Stir contents for even heat distribution.

3. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Stir well once more and let the dish stand for 1 minute before eating.
