This week's special is our Singapore Noodles With Free-Range Chicken. This authentic Asian dish comes with a serving of vermicelli rice noodles coated in fragrant herbs and curry powder. It is then topped with free-range chicken thigh, tofu, and fresh coriander.

Vermicelli Rice Noodles, Free-Range Chicken Thigh, Carrot, Onion, Red Capsicum, Shallots, Garlic, Tamari (Contains Soy), Chinese Cooking Wine, Curry Powder, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Egg, Green Chilli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tofu.

Shelf life & storage:

All meals will have a 7 day shelf life from its delivery day. 

Keep refrigerated at all times and store at 5°C or below. Consume meal on day of opening and freeze meal within its expiry date.

Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze once meal has been thawed.

Heating from fresh:
1. Peel back film slightly, heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. 
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
4. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each meal into a fry pan and reheat or into an oven safe dish and heat at 180 degrees until heated through. 
Heating from frozen: 
1. Peel back film and heat in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Stir contents for even heat distribution. 
3. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Stir well once more and let the dish stand for 1 minute before eating.
