Shelf life & storage:
All meals will have a 7 day shelf life from its delivery day.
Keep refrigerated at all times and store at 5°C or below. Consume meal on day of opening and freeze meal within its expiry date.
Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze once meal has been thawed.
Heating from fresh:
1. Peel back film slightly, heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
4. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each meal into a fry pan and reheat or into an oven safe dish and heat at 180 degrees until heated through.
Heating from frozen:
1. Peel back film and heat in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Stir contents for even heat distribution.
3. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Stir well once more and let the dish stand for 1 minute before eating.
